Our fitness classes are designed to be fun, high-energy, and welcoming, giving adults a chance to move, sweat, and feel great in a positive environment. All fitness classes are drop-in and open to all fitness levels.

Dance Fitness with Skye is a high-energy, full-body cardio experience designed to build strength, boost endurance, and increase confidence — all through dynamic, music-driven movement.
This is not traditional gym cardio. Each class blends dance choreography with strength-based conditioning for a workout that feels empowering, athletic, and fun. Expect club-inspired music, motivating energy, and a supportive environment where all fitness levels are welcome.
Whether you are brand new to dance or returning to movement, Skye creates a space where you can challenge yourself while feeling comfortable and encouraged.
