Fitness at Studio Rise

Weekday fitness classes will begin on February 2nd

Our fitness classes are designed to be fun, high-energy, and welcoming, giving adults a chance to move, sweat, and feel great in a positive environment. All fitness classes are drop-in and open to all fitness levels.
